Dangers of Disregarding God's Word - 1 Kings 12-13

A post-Christian world is one where Christianity is no longer the dominant civil religion, but one that has, gradually over extended periods of time, assumed values, culture, and worldviews that are not necessarily Christian. This decline is best seen in Europe and Australia where the shift in personal worldviews, ideologies, religious movements, or societies that are no longer rooted in the language and assumptions of Christianity, though it had previously been in native of Christianity. This serious mindset has already infiltrated much of the western world. In this message we will see the dangers of departing from the Word of God as it is illustrated in the life and death of the northern kingdom of Israel.
